Pareto Samples is how Pareto shares evidence from its data and evaluation work with the research teams it works with. Each site presents one specific set of findings, together with the underlying tasks and scores, so a reader can check the claims against the record rather than take them on trust.
The material is prepared for named recipients at partner organisations and is not published. Every reader either signs in with Google or enters the access code sent with their invitation.
Sign-in is optional and exists only to save invited readers from copying an access code out of an email. If you would rather not use it, the access code works exactly as well and always will.
When you sign in, we ask Google for your email address and nothing else. We do not request your name, your profile picture, your contacts, your calendar, your files, or any other data in your Google account, and we cannot read them.
We use the address to check whether you are on the recipient list for the material you are opening. No account is created for you here, we store no password, and we ask Google for no ongoing access, so nothing continues after you sign in.
If your address is not on the list for a particular site, nothing is refused: you are asked for the access code from your invitation, as you would have been anyway.
Access is by invitation. If you were sent a link and it is not working, reply to whoever sent it, or email sales@pareto.ai.
What we do with the little we collect is set out in the privacy notice, and the conditions on the material itself are in the terms of use.
