means accepting what follows.
Access
Your invitation is for you. Access codes and sign-in are not to be shared,
forwarded, or posted anywhere.
Access may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and ends with the engagement
it was granted for.
Do not try to reach material you were not given, and do not bulk-download or
scrape the site.
The material
Everything here — tasks, model outputs, scores, rubrics, written findings —
is confidential, and remains the property of Pareto or of the organisation the
work was done for. It is not published.
Use it to evaluate the work it was sent to you for, and not for anything
else. Do not redistribute it outside the organisation it was sent to, and do not
use it to train or evaluate a model without written agreement.
It is a sample of work in progress, provided as it is. Figures describe the
runs they were measured on rather than promising anything about future results,
and nothing here is advice to act on by itself.
Where this sits
If there is a written agreement between Pareto and your organisation, that
agreement governs, and these terms only fill the gaps for this particular site.
